Where is Productized Conference 2016?
Productized Conference 2016 will take place at Centro de Congressos de Lisboa. It is a venue that is situated in the heart of the city, close to many landmarks (Torre de Belém, Mosteiro dos Jeronimos, Ponte 25 de Abril, Padrão dos Descobrimentos), a historical neighborhood (Belém), and the beautiful tagus river.

Why Productized Conference 2016?
The conference brings renowned expert speakers from all over the world to Lisbon. They will be sharing their insights and experiences with you, on a very personal level, in their master classes (October 19), various workshops (October 20) and at their talks during the final conference day (October 21). Moreover, Productized Conference brings more than 600 professionals from around the world to Portugal, so it’s a unique chance for you to network at the highest level.

How do I upgrading my ticket(s)?
If you need assistance with upgrading your ticket(s), please contact us: info@productized.co.

Can you help me with the visa?
The Productized team may assist you with your visa. It takes sometimes almost three months to obtain visa. Those who need visa are advised to prepare and submit documents as soon as you have bought your ticket(s). Please check out the visa page on our website here.

Do you have group discounts?
Want to bring your team along? We offer 20% discount for teams of 5 or more people, and 40% discount for teams of 10 people or more! Send us an email to learn more (info@productized.co)

Do you accept substitutions?
If you are unable to attend Productized Conference 16, you can send someone in your place. Just email us the info of the original attendee and the new attendee and we’ll take care of it.

Do you charge VAT on top of ticket prices?
No. As a not-for-profit organization, we are VAT exempt, under Portuguese CIVA tax law, article 9/14.

Can my company pay for my tickets?
Sure, your company may pay or offer reimbursement, ask your HR person, as we’re doing group discounts!

What payment options can I use?
Paypal.
Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) via the Paypal checkout.
Bank transfer to Productized (IBAN: PT50 0035 0229 00018837 030 32) with description “PRODUCTIZED YOUR_NAME”, e.g.: PRODUCTIZED ACME – as soon you have processed your bank transfer, please send us an email to info@productized.co along with a copy of your bank slip so we can close your reservation.

How can I get my invoice of the ticket purchase?
Give us your VAT number on the registration page and we will send you an electronic invoice, within the next 3 working days.

What is your pricing policy?
We operate a very transparent ticket pricing model on our event: as the event gets closer the ticket prices increase. This means that late bookers will pay more.

When are ticket prices going up?
– Special early-bird tickets are on sale until March 30th. Save up to 55% on general admission.
– Early-birds tickets are on sale from April 1st until September 15th. Save up to 40% on general admission.
– Normal tickets are on sale from September 16th until October 15th.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
There is no need, but if you bring it printed on your phone we’ll be able to check you in much faster.

What is the refund policy?
No refunds will be granted within 15 days of the event. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Will I get an attendance certificate?
You will receive a certificate for the tutorials and workshops that you follow.

Asking for a Visa

Are you in need of a visa? You can find all the necessary information here, along with relevant forms and invitation letter.
The Schengen area is composed by the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Citizens of the European Union, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Romania and Switzerland need only an identity card to enter Portugal.

In addition to their identity card, minors must also present authorization from their parents to travel.

For visits of less than 90 days, a passport valid for at least three months after the end of their stay is necessary for visitors from Albania, Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Guatemala, Holy See, Honduras, Israel, Japan, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Saint Kitts and Nevis, San Marino, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, South Korea, United States of America, Uruguay, Venezuela, Special Administrative Regions of the People’s Republic of China in Hong Kong and Macao and Taiwan territorial Authority.

Citizens from countries not mentioned above need a visa to enter Portugal, which may be requested at the Portuguese Embassy or Consulate of their country for stays of up to 90 days.

In order to transpose the external borders of the Schengen area, according to the current Legislation (Visa Code), the citizens of the following nations need a Visa.

Under the terms of the Convention Implementing the Schengen Agreement, flights between Schengen states are considered to be internal flights and passengers do not need to obtain another visa.

If you need a formal invitation letter, please download, fill and e-mail these two forms to info@productized.co. The forms shall be returned to you as soon as possible with the local committee signature and the institutional stamp. The documents will be sent to you by e-mail. If you need another type of document to apply for your Visa, please let us know as soon as possible.

Note: It sometimes takes almost three months to obtain visa. Those who need visa are advised to prepare and submit documents as soon as they have bought their ticket(s).

The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Portuguese Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend Productized Conference 2016. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter.
