THROWING DOWN A CHALLENGE
In our profession, speed is of the essence: time-to-market can be directly translated to revenue, market share and brand relevance. Typical product/experience development cycles can last anywhere between 6-12+ months, and require thousands of hours of work by dozens of people. How can we achieve comparable results with a fraction of that investment? This session is as much a workshop as it is an experiment. We will challenge ourselves to craft the fundamentals of a world-class product/experience in a matter of just 4 hours.
As Creative Pros you have collected insights and developed instincts that can be used effectively—IF TRUSTED AND APPLIED. Our quest will be to redesign a common object used by almost every Creative Pro every day. Working together, we will collaborate to define our user target, capture the brand and promise our product/experience is intended to deliver, craft a compelling story to guide and test our ideation, and design the fundamentals of our offering. We will learn and apply logical opportunity and decision-making frameworks to rigorously narrow down options and make blink conclusions that draw upon our instinct.
This workshop is for Creative Pros who work with and lead teams to develop products and user experiences, as well as independent consultants who need to guide their client through the maze of product/experience development.
DONT GET PAID BY THE HOUR. GET PAID FOR THE VALUE YOU BRING TO YOUR WORK…
