Teresa coaches founders, product leaders, product managers, and user experience designers on user-centered, hypothesis-driven, iterative product development. She draws from many tools including Agile, Lean, Customer Development, and Design Thinking, but is dogmatic about none. She instead focuses on helping each individual, team, and organization find the right set of tools for their own context, with the goal of helping each find the right balance between having confidence in their plan while still leaving room for experimentation and doubt.
